Champion Jack Tigre walked away from a rigged fight and paid the price when his mother was slaughtered, leaving only a scorpion-tattoo photo and a strange mechanical cuff. Drifting through the wastes, he saves Scavenger Camp commander Jacqueline, but a Raider takeover forces his hand. Their enforcer Scorpion wears the identical ink, pointing Jack north to Black Scorpion Base. Cornered by Terrence and Scorpio, the dormant wristband erupts into black-gold armor, letting him finish the vendetta and plant a flag for a new wasteland order.
