Elena opens her eyes during Chloe's first broadcast and realizes every swallow lands in her own gut. She halts the feed, pinpoints the stomach medication as the tether, and secretly swaps the doses. A master severs the supernatural link, but Elena keeps recording and steps straight into Chloe and Jax's ambush. They drug her to frame her, yet three days later Chloe's massive pizza challenge ruptures her stomach, killing her and landing Jax in custody. Elena recovers, earns her dietitian license, launches a healthy-eating channel, and publishes The First Bite to reclaim her relationship with food.
