Ronan walks away from Avalon's sanctuary to shield Lyanna Sylvaris, the elf who distilled the Everlight Elixir, the sole remedy for a land consumed by rot. Ruthless aristocrats and sorcerers who command darkness pursue them relentlessly, intent on seizing the formula for themselves. Every ambush forces Ronan to unleash lethal skill that hints at a past far darker than a simple guard's. As the chase intensifies, fragments of his forgotten bloodline rise, tying his ancestry directly to the corruption spreading across the empire.
